My week started on the Pacific Coast and ended in the Rocky Mountains. 
I've been lucky enough to run my fingers (and toes!) in the ocean and open my mouth to falling snowflakes. 
Mama Earth has been good to me. She's been good to you, too. 
Curiosity. Play. Wonder. Awe. Groundedness <— these are just a few things I'm fueled with every time I walk outside.
